Boat owner was great with communication. Captain and Stew provided great service. Boat was as advertised too. Would definitely do again!

Canceled on us & didn’t respond back

Owner was very easy to deal with and responds quickly. I had booked a date previously, but weather forecast was bad for the day. Owner encouraged me to cancel the day before and seemed sincere in wanting me to have a great experience. Followed up with me to re-book, which I did. Boat was beautiful and clean. 2 person crew were very professional and were intent on making sure we had a great experience. Couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful. Thanks for the great day out on the water!

I wouldn’t suggest using this company since we paid additional $700 for the 4 hour trip. So it was $1165 through boat setter and additional $700 to pay to the captain. So be aware you will pay extra once getting to the boat. I suggest you look elsewhere since we never experienced this and we use boatsetter often for our boat trips.

The boat was amazing. Captains JoJo and Alex were so fun to be with but also enormously professional and knowledgeable. We had an amazing day and can't wait to share another magical miami boat day with them. Thank you!!

Great experience with AuGie and Captain Juanqui. They were responsive at all times and even called the evening before sailing to confirm everything was ready to go. Boat was in great condition, left on time, and they accommodated us every step of the way.
