Three hours before the boat trip was due to start, we were informed that the departure point had changed from Hollywood to River Landing. Once we arrived, the captain charged us a fee for the boat and fuel, even though we had already paid for these through Boatsetter. We had texted the agency before the trip, and they had confirmed that we had paid that amount, so we were surprised by the request. After discussion, they confirmed it would be refunded but to this day, nothing has been received.
