5 star service and super clean boat! Pickup and drop off was a breeze!

We rented this boat, and it was honestly a huge disappointment. The boat was extremely slow—no matter how we balanced the weight as instructed, we couldn’t get above 9 mph. We had 8 of us on a 9-passenger boat, but it still felt underpowered and sluggish. The equipment was poorly suited- the rope was short, making it difficult to tie up anywhere, & the anchor ineffective. Then they forgot to include the inner tube we paid extra for & we were pressured by owner 2 pay $750 deposit before our ride.

The Sea-Doo Switch was as described and performed perfectly. The checkout and in process was effortless with the team and they were very helpful with directions on how to operate the boat. I will definitely be using their services again!

Joe was great. He was on time to drop off and pick up. Good communication. Nice boat. It only goes about 21mph top speed with 7 people and a cooler. The floor decking was really hot. No radio on the boat so make sure you bring your Bluetooth speaker.

Joe made it nice and smooth and was very accommodating. Being out on the boat just speaks loads of fun. You should not ever miss out on this experience such a wonderful time.!

This was the most unprofessional and poorly managed rental experiences I’ve ever had. Given the wrong phone # for contact, which caused unnecessary delays/confusion, the boat was missing equipment that had been paid for. Communication throughout the entire process was disorganized/inconsistent. We were verbally told we could have an extra hour on the water, only to be charged a late fee. To make matters worse my group was falsely accused of trashing the boat! Thankfully , we had photo evidence.

This group keeps you very informed along the process. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future

The boat was amazing the drop off location was wrong but they drove it to us so we didn't have to pack everything back up they made our experience so much fun

Such a great experience working with Joe and the girls!! They were very informative & even got us set up on the boat before our scheduled time. We got an entire safety review and could ask any questions we needed to before heading out onto the water. Pick up was really smooth as well & overall I would really recommend booking with them! :)
