Captain Joe

One of the two engines failed during our trip for my sisters birthday. We got stuck in a canal waiting for a tow boat. The owner did not honor the option provided to remedy the time we lost on the water and was unwilling to partially discount or refund us when the next boat came to pick us up and could not steer one direction… We felt at risk on the water with this company and the owner failed to provide a good customer experience. The owner did not listen to our concerns and walked away from us

This is a total fraud. i booked for 195.00 with a captain, and the listing said its 35.00 additional but they asked an additional 140.00 per hour in cash when i refused it and asked for a non-captained which the listing said is the same price, but they refused, and they don't want to refund me in full.
