This was honesty the best boating experience I’ve had on Boatsetter. The value for the boat was awesome- boat was in great condition and ran flawlessly. Julie and Doug were the best! They called ahead of time to confirm everything and offered to bring all sorts of water sport toys. Then they were flexible to change days with me because it was going to be a bit cold the original day I had scheduled. And to top it off I mentioned I might want to go fishing and they rigged a pole, bought me live shrimp with and literally gave me an ice chest full of ice And filet knife for the specs I caught. Rare to find such awesome people that genuinely get joy from other people having a good time.

So I'm not a big review writer, but after the amazing experience I had with Doug and Julie, I needed to!! I've never drove a boat before let alone rent one, but from my first message to the end of our trip, both Julie and Doug went well beyond the call of duty! Very responsive and we had to call a few times after we set sail, as again we had no idea what we were doing, and not once was there any annoyance or bother in their tone. Just genuinely nice people trying to let normal people enjoy a good time on the water without charging an arm and a leg. I honestly think we found new friends after this and will definitely look them back up next time we are in town. They made my husband's birthday a success!

Julie was a pleasure to work with. She responded very quickly, was punctual and so easy to work with. The boat was great and tubing was a blast. We will definitely rent from Julie again and highly recommend her!

Everything was perfect. Excellent to work with. Went out of there way keep us informed and make sure we had a great day on the water. We will be back.
