Mike and Karrie were great! Communication was on point. They took the time to explain everything in detail, and gave us tips on great spots to visit. They were punctual and accommodating to meet our needs.

The boat was delivered as described, with the exception that the second bimini top was missing. This is kind of a big deal to my pale Irish family. The host said it had been broken off just the night before, returning late. We got a bit of a late start but adjusted reserved hours for that. As we were returning there was another family waiting to take it out. I feel this boat could be better cleaned and maintained if not for trying to rent it so frequently. I understand it was a busy holiday.

Karrie and Mike were awesome to work with and very accommodating. We had to change our rental date due to some flight cancellations and they made it happen! Mike was very thorough in his instructions and recommendations of places to go. His GPS works great!
Our group thoroughly enjoyed our boat outing and we will be renting from karrie next year on our annual trip to Anna Maria!

Pickup was a breeze. Boat was fun and we had a great time.

The boat is a nice size and worked very well for my family. It needs some TLC. The upholstery needs work and there are a few dents and wear and tear that need repairing, but overall it served it's purpose making for an enjoyable day on the water.

Overall, the experience was good. The communication with the owners is incredible. The boat, being a tri-toon doesn't ride as smooth as you would expect. We did have an issue with the boat not cranking back in the bay, but was able to get it to start with some help after about 30 minutes. Again, the communication and responsiveness was incredible and the overall experience was good. It was a last minute rental, and they were really great in accommodating us on short notice.

Great time on this boat. Easy to operate, we went to Egmont Key and the sandbar by Jewfish Island. Loved the big awnings for shade.

Location was great. There was a mix up on time boat was booked for but Karrie and Stephanie were very apologetic and great about working with us to make it right. Would definitely book again.

Had a great experience! Communication was good and Robert was great getting us on and off the water. I would absolutely rent with these guys again. Pic shows 2 bimini but only 1 on boat. This may have been mentioned in ad but I read a few and not certain. Windy day so we were good with 1 but if you really want the shade may want to ask about it. We a 8x5 mat and my kids had a blast on it!

The boat in the pictures was when the boat was new. They no longer look like this. Radio didn’t work. They brought a wireless speaker that had no battery. I felt tricked. I felt they completely misrepresented the boat. They should be ashamed of themselves

Great experience!!! From the communication during booking to meeting us at the pier at the end of the trip. Mike was great explaining everything and sending as on a way as well as quick to respond when I had a question two hours into the trip. Overall great experience. Highly recommend to use them for boat renting.

Great communication with boat owners - They provided phone numbers/directions/videos. We had no problems and appreciated the clean boat and the ease of rental! We had a blast!

We had a great time boating. If you are planning on using Bluetooth radio, it won't work. That was the main issue. The anchor rope was all knotted up, but we were able to detangle it. Other than that, all was good.

From start to finish, the experience was great. The boat was accurately represented in boatsetter and Karrie was very responsive to all of my questions. The boat was extremely comfortable, has a great stereo, and cruised a comfortable speed even with my party of 9. I will definitely rent from Karrie again and highly recommend you do the same!

Very nice boat and we

We were contacted the night before our planned trip and asked if we were willing to move our time back 30 minutes. We agreed to move time from 10 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. - We were there and ready to board at 9:30 a.m., but our tritoon did not arrive until 9:36, then we had to board the boat, get mat adjusted and launch. We had to be back by 3:30 because they booked another family. Should have been given a discount - Boat should have been ready for us to board, in the water and set at 9:30.

Accommodating and great communication!

Boat was not at all as described. Very run down and not cleaned from last crew. Ripped seats and old beer cans under seats. Very moldy and gross. Came back after an hour due to horrible weather and they wouldn’t offer any returns.

Probably the worst boat I’ve been on. Seems like a tritoon that was rebuilt with plastic tubes. Never have I seen a boat flex like this. And water was pouring out between the deck and tubes. Crazy. Was like a raft with an engine. Not typical at all and I doubt it would pass a Coast Guard inspection. The gentleman that met us in the morning was nice and professional as was the young man that received us at the end of the day. Would definitely not recommend this particular boat.
