This Cruiser Yacht is beautiful and in fantastic condition. Suitable for a group looking to have a nice couple of hours at sea. Will definitely consider booking this again next time I’m in Miami.

Johnnattan and I were in regular back and forth contact ahead of the trip - he was very responsive to all my questions, which helped to reassure me.

Also, the boat is in great condition, which is normally not the case when renting boats in the MIA area!

I can not say Thank you enough to Victoria and Melissa!!!! The boat and the experience was Awesome.. The boat was beautiful and clean. They were very accommodating to the group. I will be back and would like to use Jonnattan and team again. I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Great boat and even better crew. They were on time, courteous, professional, and fun. We let them handle the itinerary and get 2 jet ski's without any issue. We had a perfect day on the water with them.

Not sure if “johnnattan” was the captain, but it was a young man as the captain, along with a young lady attending us. They were awesome!! Very kind people! They kept everything organized and clean for us. They waited for all of us to get there as some of us were late, it obviously cut into our time, but that’s ok. We strolled by the famous mansions and then anchored by fisher island. I wish we would have been able to go out a bit further, but I get it, we were on a 4 hour time crunch and departed about 30 mins late due to our negligence. Overall though, it was AMAZING! The yacht was beautiful and very clean! Just like the pictures! I would definitely recommend!! My only regret is not renting it for longer time!!

Yacht was in excellent condition, staff was very helpful and friendly, we had a terrific time!! Would definitely ride again!

Good evening.
1st things first, my husband and I have absolutely NO problem in paying gratuity or NO problem with our budget or our financial responsibilities... But we did have issues on the way you delivered your gratuity Conversation at the end of the night. The issue is that there was NO conversation, but more of a DEMAND.
, you demanded Gratuity. Our issue was they way you addressed us about the gratuity at the end of the night... Your service was excellent and so was your communication during our experience. So I was shocked and a bit taken off guard when you DEMANDED gratuity to be paid.... Your Timing was also wrong. You waited for us to be hungry, & tired, to decide to demand gratuity from us .... Wrong way to handle business and bad timing; because at this point we are all tired and ready to go and not to mention very very hungry..... A Gratuity conversation should’ve been held between you, me & my husband; Before docking or even sometime before the party got started.... It was NOT to be brought up to the group, but only to those in charge of all fees ( my husband & I )..... One of the previous discussions we had, before this trip was about Dinner and where you would take us. I was told 3 maybe 4 times that we would be able to dock, get off the boat and have dinner. I made sure my family all had changeable clothing so we could enter the restaurant in Appropriate attire and not bathing suits. I was told we would stop at “Kikis on the river”, as well as a possible 2 other restaurants. However as time winded down, and we began to ask about dinner, Victoria (captain) feed us poor excuses on why she couldn’t take us to eat. Excuses such as “you can’t go, you need reservations”. Which could be true in this Covid world; but had this information been brought to our attention hours or weeks before, we would’ve handled that. So that my family and I could eat and not be on a bout for 8 hours & in the water; but with no meals after ... So again, demanding gratuity from a group of tired hungry people was not the ideal thing to do... Maybe you thought, “Their tired and very ready to get off the boat so this is the perfect time to DEMAND gratuity”..... And no that’s wrong! You Demanded gratuity and didn’t ask for it (although you didn’t need to because we were getting your fees together). The proper way would’ve been to suggest tips or gratuity DURING the ride, BEFORE the ride or Before Docking... Victoria was so well with Communication during our festivities; that again, I didn’t understand her approach & or gesture on why she felt she needed to demand anything from us. We all provided hospitality to one another, they served us well during the ride; as we cleaned after ourselves and we also provided great manors and hospitality in reciprocation of what we received... My family did become frustrated towards the end because we now have to gather our thoughts, and contemplate on what our family of 12 will eat at 10pm in Covid Miami (things close early). Clearly Victoria didn’t think of my frustrations of feeding my family when she brushed off our needs for dinner....... Never Demand gratuity, And most certainly NEVER tell someone that your going to keep their deposit if gratuity isn’t paid. That’s called being a bully, and no one likes a bully.... As we are getting our thoughts and monies together; Victoria rudely blurted out “Don’t pay us and we will keep your deposit “; right as my husband and I were conversing on which method we would pay (cash or card) . That rude blurt immediately stopped us in our tracks as well as my 10 family members who were gathering their own
Cash tips to pay. Victoria you & Galina was going to get cash tips plus 18% gratuity from my husband and I.... But then your delivery and choice of words turned hostile. Which again was a shock because we got such a nice smiling Victoria during our ride...... Next time be more kind with your “gratuity” delivery and have better timing.... Some people within business settings doesn’t know how to talk or deal with others when it comes to money. You shouldn’t have to ask for things such as gratuity; do your job well (from beginning to end), hold your end of the deal, don’t deliver broken promises and you’ll for sure earn gratuity as well as extra tips! Going forward, I thank Victoria and her spouse Galina for their great and accommodating service! Again, I have no problem paying you gratuity, as I know this is how you feed your family.... Please send me your Zelle information or a invoice and I’ll be more than happy to provide you with gratuity. (This was a personal txt which turned into a review once we were bombarded with a rude txt, from Victoria 9pm at night on our personal line).... We are responsible, honest well rounded and very well traveled adults; whose never had problems with any business, or vacation ventures that we’ve endured; so this short, non-informative, misleading review that Jahnattan has left, as well as the txt Victoria sent to my personal phone; will be put behind us, with a smile and no harsh feelings.
