I recently rented Icon and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to ensure I had all the necessary info to have a safe and fun day out on the water. The boat was in excellent condition and fully equipped with everything I needed. The rental process was straightforward and easy, and I appreciated the flexibility allowed in terms of the rental duration. Overall, I highly recommend Icon, We had an unforgettable day.

This was the second time booking with Icon and it was a great experience with Luis the captain. The boat ride was relaxing and calm. It was a great day on Labor day. Icon has Great customer service and I will be booking again in 2025!!!!

We had a little difficulty finding the location but once we did we had a great time. The boat itself was adequate for our party of 5 and Captain Luis was very kind. The boat would have benefited from some basic cleaning with Lysol or Clorox and I expected better considering what we have all been through with Covid 19.
On the day of a trip it may be helpful to give specific directions on where to park and how to find the marina. The directions on the itinerary were not clear to us visitors.

Me and my crew had a good time and the captain definitely made us feel comfortable and the trip was safe . It was a vibe .

We booked this boat for my bachelorette and the girls and I had a spectacular time. Not only is the boat better than the pictures but we also had a super professional and nice captain that was even able to take great group pictures of us!

Emilio was very attentive and ensured my group felt safe and was having a good time. There was a late pick up that was somewhat of a hiccup but they clarified it by dropping us off later and making up for the time. Thank you. Will be booking again in the future.

Just need better directions on parking and meet up location. A map would have been very helpful.

We lost about 20 min of our ride trying to find out we’re to park and where there boat was.

The address led is to a mall and we weren’t sure if we were. To perk there or in the street.

The captain came late, we had rented the boat from. 11:30-1:30 and the captain didn’t come until 12:15 or 12:30, when I called to get reimbursed they didn’t want to rectify the situation, they only offered to give me 30 more minutes on the boat when I paid for 2 hours! The captain acted nonchalant about the situation instead of apologetic. Overall experience wasn’t good and I will be telling everyone not to book with the boat on my tiktok page which gets 100,000 views!!!!!

Captain was delayed by at least 20 minutes. Upon his arrival, we then discovered that the total number of people accommodated was calculated by adding the living room inside. Our group had to be split in two groups to fit. This defeated the purpose. Also, boat was not clean. Toilet was dirty.

I recently rented a boat from ICON, and it turned out to be an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I arrived at the marina with my friends to the moment I returned the boat, everything exceeded my expectations. They have amazing sound system, the boat was very clean and the captain was super cool! They had underwater lights which was very cool at night. I will definitely be renting with them again.

There was a little overlap between a previous trip and ours, so we started a little late and there wasn’t much time to clean the boat in between trips, but our captain, Edgar, was great and still made sure we got the full amount of time we booked the trip for.
