FANTASTIC! Shadd was great with his all business approach, with a laid back vibe. He took the time to go over the boat, clearly explained all operations, which relaxed my nerves. Definitely will look him up again when I am in town. His boat was as described. We had a great experience!

Shadd was very friendly and professional. He made sure to have the right size life jackets available for the kids and gave us a very thorough orientation of the boat. The boat is beautiful and worked perfectly. Highly recommend Shadd and his boat! This was my first experience using Boatsetter and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Shadd was amazing! We surprised my father with a boat rental and Shadd was able to make sure we were set with fishing poles and bait already in the boat for us! We even switched days from a Sunday to a Saturday last minute and he was VERY accommodating with zero issues. The boat was very spacious, comfortable, clean and well kept! He had the boat ready to go in the water. We will 100% be booking with him again. Thank you again Shadd!

Shadd and wife are great! We happen to be out on the water when a major storm rolled through, and we were in a precarious situation. I had sense enough to immediately head to the dock, as we had to hold onto the boat so as to not allow it to literally crash. Shadd wase wise enough to have also seen the storm coming, which called him to get back to the dock. Together we like to think that we helped save Shadds boat, and we're thankful for his guidance once he saw us struggling in the storm. A+

Shadd and his wife were punctual and very accommodating. Boat performed well. The only recommendation would be to have an alarm on the depth finder.

Owners were great and very accommodating. Boat was very clean and ready to go as soon as we arrived. Entire process was smooth and they had everything needed on the boat for both novice and experienced boaters. Absolutely would recommend!

Great Pontoon, the owner is very organized and gave excellent instructions regarding where to meet him and provided a quick rundown of the boat before we shoved off.

This process was easy and efficient. The boat was excellent, like new! Shadd met us as promises and was very helpful and friendly!.

Shaad was an excellent host! We didn’t follow the directions properly in the email and wound up at the wrong dock. Thankfully Shaad and his wife were wonderful and once we got to the correct dock parking lot which wasn’t very close to the actual dock. They were kind enough to give us a ride down to the dock (which wasn’t part of the deal). Boat was great and perfect for our family of four. Would highly recommend and will most likely rent with Shaad in the future.
