Service was not up to par. Staff could get to electrical system to work, couldnt speak English. Just, had better experience in the past.

Great time with family. Boat was okay. A bit expensive for just a cruise around the bay.
The captain refused to go out to open ocean even when the water was calm. I guess they didn’t want to open it and waste more fuel then they needed too. The excuse was that captain wasn’t familiar with the boat. Lol.

The Captain was a great host! The boat was nice and clean. It was definitely worth the experience and will be booking with Elena again upon my return to miami!

I had my bachelorette party on the Ferretti Flybridge and it was so much fun! From beginning to end, Elena was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Captain Steve was a great captain and really made sure that we saw all of Miami. They provided towels, water, ice and a cooler all we had to bring was lunch and beer! I would definitely recommend this for any bachelorette or fun cruise.

We had an absolutely amazing fun time. Captain Steven was extremely friendly and cordial. Our entire group was pleased with the yachts appearance, the route we took and the skyline at night was amazing. Definitely get the jet skis it was a memory I will never forget. Best birthday ever.

Omg, the yacht was wonderful, enough room for all 9 of us, the 8 hours went by fast, sightseeing and jet skiing.

The day was so nice that the 4 hours period passed so fast!!
The boat is very accommodates 13 passengers very comfortably. Elena is always ready to answer any question and in a very fast way.
Definitely would take friends and family for a charter with Elena.

Fantastic boat, and a great captain. Our group had a brilliant day, and enjoyed the tour of the inter coastal after relaxing in the view of Star Island for a bit of fun and relaxation.
Next time would definitely hire for the whole day.

What a wonderful night we had along the Miami Beach shore with the sunset and city lights lighting up the skyline. The boat was the perfect setting for our family gathering with sushi, cocktails, and our Captain, Eddie was a wonderful host. Thank you Elena for a beautiful boat and accommodations.

Elena was super easy to coordinate with and provided wonderful service once we were on the boat. The boat itself was great! There was a floatation device that fit 6+ people so that we could lounge in the water. Overall couldn't have asked for more!

We had a fantastic day! Our crew, captained by Steve were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
The boat we had was basic with a number of items in the kitchen and the BBQ not working but this did not spoil the trip as the captain helped us find a grill from another boat.

Jorge and Alvaro (sp?) were awesome! We had a group of 13 girls for a Bachelorette party and they showed us a great time, filling up drinks and taking pictures for us! Would 100% recommend.

This was an amazing experience! The boat was so nice and exactly as pictured. Our captain was so friendly and nice and attentive. Elena responded to messages very quickly and was so helpful in the planning and organizing. We even had a mate, which we weren’t expecting, and he was kind and attentive as well. 10/10 would rent this boat and from Elena again!

Me and 12 other friends rented this yacht during memorial day weekend and it was amazing. The Captain Jorge and Alvaro were the nicest guys ever. Very helpful and accommodating. I've done yacht trips before but this was definitely a 5 star experience. Just the little things of making us drinks to bringing the speakers wherever we moved and cutting up limes/food for us, the small details is what made these two guys awesome. The Yacht was overall spectacular and I would 100000% recommend this again. I will definitely request both Jorge and Alvaro again next time. Thank you Elena for providing us with such an amazing experience. You made our trip memorable. :)

Amazing half day charter to celebrate a birthday. The boat is absolutely beautiful and the crew was fantastic - attending to our every need throughout the charter. Elana was extremely responsive and worked with me to get the most out of the charter. I'd recommend doing a 6-hour charter as our only regret was that the charter ended too soon! Thank you to the crew and the team for making the day so memorable!

A few friends and i were fortunate enough to rent this beautiful boat for a half day this past weekend and it was an amazing experience! Elena was very speedy with her responses and was as accommodating as she could be do our groups tardiness to the boat! Her team that accompanied us on the actual tour were very helpful and extremely gracious. I wish we had more time to spend on the boat but the ferretti seemed to be a very sought after boat! (Would definitely recommend a full day!) all and all we had a great time and i'd def rent again!

We rented the boat for a group of 13 girls - the boat was spotless, had plenty of space for us all on the bow as well as in the back. There were some floats provided and speakers which made the day so much fun for everyone. It was honestly a perfect day, and everyone was so accommodating. Would HIGHLY recommend.

We had an amazing trip on the Cantieri Opera - we had a group of 13 ladies for bachelorette and it was the perfect boat for the occasion. The boat is so spacious and luxurious, we had so much room to lay out and tan and dance. Definitely hoping to rent again next time we return to Miami. Elena was a great and accommodating host, easy and quick communication. Giving my highest recommendations, we cant wait to return!

This was one of the best experiences I have had! Elena was great with setting up any requests that were in need and quickly to respond to any email, phone call, or text message. The Sea Ray is exactly as pictured and was so accommodating! Our captain was great with helping with anything during our charter and made us feel safe and secure the whole time. I would highly recommend booking with Elena and will 100% book with her the next time I am in town in Miami. If you want to enjoy a beautiful day on the water and have a great experience you will never forget, this is the place to do it! Cannot wait to come back and enjoy another charter!

What an amazing time! If you are looking to rent a yacht for the day, this boat is the best of the best. My friends and I had the best time. I celebrated my 50 birthday on Elena's boat the Sea Ray 440 . This will be a day and time I will never forget. The boat is incredible. Exactly what you see in the pictures. Elena is wonderful. She responded right back to me from the very beginning and answered all my questions. She also greeted my friends and I when we arrived. The captain was fun and so knowledgeable. He drove us around to all the best places. We had the best day. I definitely recommend renting this boat for 4, 6 or 8 hours (we did 6 but I did not want to leave). We watched the most beautiful sunset (the way to go). The boat has everything you need. You just have to bring your favorite drinks and food and you will be well taken care of. Thank you ELENA for a birthday I will never forget!!!

Everything and I mean everything was perfect! The Captain, Jorge and First Mate, Riley were amazing. The weather cooperated and our daughters 13th birthday boat party will be remembered for the rest of their lives.
