5 star day! Mark was great - very communicative, knowledgeable, and supportive, even helped us new sailors get in and out of the marina on a windy day when it wasn't so easy to navigate. The boat was clean, well stocked, and simple to sail for beginners. Thanks again Mark for all of your help.

Mark is a great host: friendly, welcome, and accommodating! The boat is well equipped, with three different head sail options, onboard gps, and inflatable life vests. The boat is 24ft but feels like a 30 with all the cockpit and cabin space there is. We sailed to Kingston and back and would definitely take her out again

This was our second charter of Mark’s boat, Water Street and it was also a pleasure. Mark has made great upgrades to the boat, including adding a jib furler and is a pleasure to deal with. Due to weather, we had to reschedule our second sail and Mark couldn’t have been more accommodating and professional. Water Street will definitely be our first choice for future charters in the Seattle area.

Exceeded expectations. The boat was in great condition on the outside for such an old vessel. Mark was helpful and clear during the check in as he explained how everything worked. The overall experience was smoother than chartering a 2010 boat in Greece.

The boat has everything. State-of-the-art equipment (boat speed/depth, SOG, current/tide speed and direction, GPS maps, radio), life jackets, new sails, a new motor with electric start, and plenty of gas.

We had an excellent afternoon on Mark's boat! We fit 4 adults and 1 dog - it was a bit snug, but fit us all nicely. Mark was an excellent host - we really appreciated that he met us 30 min prior to review the boat and met us again as we docked. We had a really smooth experience and would recommend for a group of our size!

Took Mark's boat out for 4 hours on the Sound and had a great time. The boat, sails, lines are in good shape. It's docked in a convenient location, and Mark is very responsive. Boat did an easy 5-5.5 knots on reaches in a 12kt breeze. Downwind performance was also good at 4+ knots. Outboard is smooth and powerful. Leave it centered and maneuver with tiller only. There's also a tiller pilot that will help if you're singlehanding.

We took Marks lovely little boat out for the day with a couple of friends. We had a lot of fun even though there was very little wind sailing over to Bainbridge and back a couple of times, enjoying the sun and being on the water. Mark was great. Gave a good run down of the boat before we left and offered to help with lines and docking. Would highly recommend for a day sail on the Sound.

We had a great experience on Mark’s boat. Procedures and equipment were explained in detail, communication was clear and quick, and the boat is in wonderful shape. We’ll be back!

Mark is one of the best hosts we had in Boatsetter. He explained everything to the detail, boat is in even better shape than pictures. Day was fantastic, we even saw orcas. 100% recommend

What an amazing boat! Well maintained and outfitted, she has options for headsails and even a spinnaker on board. The boat was clean and ready, the lines were run in logical way with no clutter on the boat. Mark was super helpful and friendly. Water Street performed well in light wind and really hummed as the wind picked up. Perfect summer night adventure and great way to watch the sunset! I would give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could.
