Our Captain, Jason, and his Co-Captain were amazing!! They were both very knowledgeable about the area and took great care of us, making sure to find us the best spot to swim for a few hours. The size of the boat was perfect for our group of five. Everything was so clean and kept up with so well. I highly recommend booking!! When I go back to Key West, I will 100% go through this company.

Great trip! Great Captain Brian and First Mate Conrad were amazing and really know their way around. We have a daughter on spectrum and needs a little extra TLC and they met our expectations without even being told. We had a great time out on the water. We ended up changing our plans part way through and the captain and deckhand were very accommodating. The boat was perfect and had everything we needed.

It was an amazing experience! We spent about 4 hrs on the yacht, sailing through Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico, going around Key West downtown, getting the best sunset views and swimming in the ocean.
We were hosted by Bryan(Our Captain) and Conrad, they were very friendly. We also got some lessons from them on how to sail. We definitely recommend them.

Great time, wonderful boat. Easy process

We went out on a 4-hour sunset cruise and had a great time on the charter! Captain Rob was great pointing out some of the sights, and we got a great sunset that evening. A great experience and a great memory to take home with us.

My family of young adults and friends chartered the Shelley Kay for a sunset cruise. Captain Jason and his First Mate made it a top notch experience with his impressive sailing skill and first class service.

Auston, our captain was great, but the boat's amenities were not. There was not water, no towels, no drinks, no food/snacks, no snorkel equipment. Auston called and texted and gave us the name of a store that rented snorkel gear, and provided water. When I rented the boat, I must not have read the fine print. I didn't know about the $200 for gas and the $150-200 for the tip until I saw the final paperwork. I've rented a dozen private charters in the past 10 yrs. All provide the amnesties above.

We had a great day - thanks to Tim for all the communication before our day - ordering provisions was a home run too! Captain Dan and Christen made the day fantastic! Only negative was the confusion about the towels - bring your own towels for swimming!

Boatsetters works like a charm. Great communicaton from the booking agent Tim in Key West thru to the boat owner and also providing a list of captains. Great seamless process for what could otherwise have been complicated.
The boat was well equipped for our 8 hr cruise. The captain was excellent. He chose a perfect spot for lunch and gave us a nice break on the fuel cost. Very professional.

Great 8 Hr charter four adults and 2 kids age 4 & 10 with Captain Brian & First Mate Konrad! The crew set us up for success exploring the reef & a shipwreck snorkeling & cruising around Key West - they were great with our kids! We felt comfortable, welcome & experienced white glove treatment from a friendly happy crew.The boat was beautiful, well maintained, spacious, the provisions service exceeded our expectations, the booking process was seamless with lots of communication highly recommended

The boat was beautiful and spacious. The weather was not ideal but our captain Justin and his crewmate Tyler made the day perfect. Justin listened to what we wanted out of the experience and also gave his professional recommendations so we could get the most out of our day. Tyler ensured we were comfortable by frequently asking us if we wanted any of the food/drinks we brought and serving it to us. When we return to Key West we would book again if Justin and Tyler were available!

Both Tim and Sue were extremely accommodating and kind during my desperate need to find another boat after a different company cancelled on me just 3 days prior to my trip. They were very responsive, helpful, and understanding through the entire booking experience de and even during the experience. Right before we launched, we decided to add 2 more hours to our trip. It was the best decision we made, and Sue was super responsive and helpful as we quickly maneuvered the additional paperwork.

Rented amazing 51 foot catamaran style boat. Great condition and great time, they hooked us up with Captain Justin Garraux and Aaron as a mate, they took care of our group the entire day, was super communicative prior to our trip and made sure we had a excellent time, would definitely do again with same captain/crew as this was a big highlight of the trip and we can't stop taking about it!

Captain John and Amanda were fantastic! Super professional and accommodating the entire day. Would highly recommend them, along with this incredible boat. This 63' Power-Cat/Yacht was luxurious, comfortable and incredibly spacious. We just wish we would've booked it for overnight instead of our hotel. Next time!

We had more than 13 people in our group so we had to rent 2 boats. We had Captain Jeff on this boat and Captain Jason on the other. Both were a lot of fun and we had a great time!

We had a great day with Captain Dan and Kristin. Our family of 8 (ages 1-60) enjoyed cruising, snorkeling, and grilling on our 8 hour charter. A highlight was seeing many dolphins. Highly recommend this boat for a relaxing day with plenty of shade and amenities for keeping everyone comfortable while enjoying the amazing views.

Fantastic day on BellaMaggio! Rented for a family day in Key West with 5 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-12). Everyone was comfy, and we had a blast. Booking was quick and easy. Captain Justin and First Mate Aaron made it top-notch. Highly recommend for a great experience!

The boat was lovely and well kept. However, value for money is debatable. There were no nice amenities on boat...not even water. Even though Captain Matt was very nice, I think more talking/history/insights from Captain would make trip more interesting. Luckily it was a beautiful sunset.

Incredible boat! The best way to see a Key West sunset. Lots of room onboard, great table set up for gathering. Captain Matt was awesome and helpful with pre-planning ahead of the trip.

Captain Justin was great! We had a fun day. Only wish the interior was cooled during our trip, as it would’ve been nice to take a break from the sun. It’s our first catamaran rental, so I’m not sure if this is standard procedure.

Our experience with boatsetter was wonderful but our Captain, Josh Milat was the best part! Him and his mate made us feel very comfortable and welcome. They took us out to a beautiful place to snorkel and float. Josh went above and beyond to make the trip one to remember! Just make sure to tip properly people. They work real hard to make these trips perfect. :)
