Such a nice laid back sail. Charlie is an awesome guy and we loved sailing with him.

Charlie is a nice gentleman and easy to work with in booking the charter. He is very gracious and welcoming and helpful for the checking in and checking process. Great experience chattering with him.

Charlie is a great. We loved our trip out to Angel Island and only had a small mishap at the end with the motor. Charlie and family came to our rescue and gave us a tow with their beautiful new sailboat! It was quite the adventure, and Charlie even kindly offered a discount (though I never took him up on that). Thanks so much!

Charlie was an awesome captain! He was friendly and accommodating, and planned a great day trip for us. We also asked him to teach us some sailing basics, and he went way above and beyond, explaining everything he was doing, teaching us techniques and vocab, and even allowing us to perform some sailing maneuvers in a safe environment. Can’t recommend him enough for a charter on the bay!

Captain Charlie is super nice and fun to sail with. During the sail, he also shared fun facts about the weather, water, and the boat. Our party enjoyed every bit of the experience.

We had an awesome afternoon sailing with Charlie! He was super friendly and chose the perfect scenic course. Getting so close to downtown and going around Alcatraz was amazing. The boat handled very well. We had so much fun helping trim sails. I can’t wait to do it again!

Renting from Charlie was great. He did a thorough walk through pre departure and had the sails rigged for the day’s conditions. I would recommend renting from him to others. The Ranger was fun to sail on the bay and we had a very enjoyable day.

My team loved the sail! For many, it was their first sail in the Bay and Charlie was a great captain, super knowledgeable about all things nautical, and was incredibly patient with our many questions, and taught us some skills. I would absolutely recommend, and also hope to sail again aboard Sun Kiss again.

Would rent from Charlie again anytime. Very friendly and relaxed. The boat was in good condition. It served its purpose for us and sailed well. We just wanted to get out on the Bay for an afternoon with some friends.

Captain Charlie’s laidback personality makes you feel at ease. His knowledge in sailing is impressive. He shares special places along the way where he’s taken his family. And our pup Savage loved sailing w/ Captain Charlie. He didn’t get seasick, hot seemed scared. Savage actually fell asleep, that’s how smooth it was! Highly recommend and will definitely book again.
