Nimbus Flat
Nimbus Flat also allows boat launching year-round from the lakeshore on a short channel to the lake. Be sure also to visit the Sacramento State Aquatic Center next to the park. There is a big shady picnic area and a long beach nearby.
Willow Creek
Set sail on your Folsom Lake boat rental to Willow Creek, the smallest of the launch sites. Here you can launch kayaks in a little cove in shallow water.
